With 35 years in Real Estate and 30 years as an Office Manager, we feel fortunate to have Gaye Rainey as our Broker here at Keller Williams Westlake Village. Gaye has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 1978 and a Real Estate Broker since 1991 as well as having her GRI. Gaye has been very involved at the Southland Regional Association of Realtors since 1978 and is excited to serve as President Elect for 2014 and President in 2015. She has served as a member or chairman of every major committee. She has also served several terms as a member of the association’s Board of Directors. Currently Gaye serves on the SRAR Board of Directors, Carets Board of Directors, and California Association of Realtors Board of Directors.
Gaye brings with her experience, expertise and skills in all areas of the Real Estate industry. She is a specialist in negotiation and problem solving which are the most important aspects of a real estate transaction. Gaye has managed hundreds of agents and is well versed in all aspects of Risk Management and will be offering her special talents to BrokerIntell Brokers. She is a contract expert, an expert witness and motivational trainer. She excels in assisting Real Estate Brokers and their clients in understanding and resolving the complex issues involved in a Real Estate transaction. Gaye is available to mediate issues between buyers and sellers, allowing parties to resolve issues and complete transactions in a timely and conciliatory manner. Her exceptional ability in this area assists Brokers in closing transactions while avoiding personal conflict and possible legal exposure.
Gaye is a native of the San Fernando Valley. She and her husband Mike raised their four children and now spend and enjoy time with their eleven grandchildren.
